Gratitude is an essential ingredient for happiness, for without the practise of it nothing will ever be good enough. Practise gratitude on a regular basis and observe how your contentment with life grows!
Do this by writing down three things that you are grateful for at the end of each day, this will begin to build gratitude pathways within your brain until you have made being grateful, a habit.
